Our mission is to help people break into healthcare careers and advance within them through innovative, employer-backed financial and workforce solutions. We’re an early-stage team, building the core functions of the company in real time.

We partner with employers to dramatically scale investment in workforce pipeline and pathway programs—enabling individuals, regardless of financial background, to persist through and complete critical training programs that lead to real career advancement.

We’re a venture-backed company founded by Stanford GSB and Harvard MBA alumni, building on lessons from a prior successful healthtech exit to Philips. We’re approximately 12 months post–product launch and already partner with multiple large, multi-state health systems across the U.S. To date, we’ve supported 400+ students in accessing new healthcare career pathways and helped employer partners expand workforce development and talent pipeline investments by $3M+ in under a year.

Implementation and Partnerships Manager (Early Team Member)

About the Role

This is a high-ownership, early team role and the first hire focused on partnerships and implementation. You would be full-time employee number four; as our Partnerships & Implementation Manager, you will sit at the center of how we work with partners—owning implementations, managing ongoing relationships, and helping define what “great partner delivery” looks like as we scale.

Because we’re a small team, this role spans both detail-oriented execution and higher-level, client-facing relationship work. You’ll manage launches, coordinate across internal teams, and work directly with partners to ensure programs are successful, while also stepping back to synthesize insights, improve how we operate, and ensure Product and Sales are moving in lockstep with partner needs.

As an early team member and the first hire in this function, your work will directly shape how we partner with clients, how we deliver programs, and how this team scales over time.

Who This Role Is For

  • 2–6 years of experience in a client-facing, operational, program management, or adjacent role

  • Strong executor who is thoughtful, curious, and analytical

  • Someone who’s a team-player and excited to work in a team of humble and driven individuals

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build

  • Ready to dive into the full range of responsibilities required in an early-stage startup, from grunt work to high level strategic decision-making

  • Entrepreneurial and impact-driven

  • Interested in opportunities for scope growth as the company scales

  • Preference for candidates with a valid US driver's license

  • Must be eligible to work in the US

Location

This role is remote, with a preference for candidates based in the DC area.
For team collaboration and client support, this role requires overlap minimally from 9am-5pm EST.

Compensation & Growth

  • Base salary: $70,000–$90,000

  • Equity ownership commensurate with an early team role

What You’ll Do

Partner & Client Ownership

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for a small number of high-touch employer and health system partners

  • Build trusted relationships through reliable follow-through, clear communication, and sound judgment

  • Act as the connective tissue between partners and the internal team, ensuring partner needs are clearly understood and addressed

Implementation & Execution

  • Own partner implementations end-to-end, from launch through steady state

  • Manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables across partners and internal stakeholders

  • Track progress closely, resolve issues quickly, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Cross-Functional Coordination (Product & Sales)

  • Interface closely with Product and Sales to ensure the company is moving in lockstep to deliver on client needs and requirements

  • Translate partner requirements, constraints, and feedback into clear, actionable inputs for Product

  • Partner with Sales to support renewals, expansions, and overall account health

  • Surface risks early and help drive practical, cross-functional solutions

Synthesis, Communication & Insight

  • Translate partner needs, feedback, and data into clear action plans and priorities

  • Prepare materials and narratives that demonstrate progress and impact

  • Balance execution with higher-level thinking about what’s working and what needs to evolve

Building the Playbook

  • Document processes, templates, and best practices as we go

  • Improve how we onboard partners and run implementations

  • Lay the groundwork for scaling this function over time
